Since all the other "cool" sites has FAQ's I think it's time Soak also gets one since it's the "cool thing to do". If you still don't find what you're looking for please send me a mail and I'll do my best to help you out.

1. How do I register?

You can register by going to any of the following pages: Homepage, Artists, News, Jobs,Tips, Events or Links. Click on "SUBMIT" in the top-right-corner. A box will pop up (IE - if this doesn't happen try Holding in Ctrl when you click, IE blocks Popups) or in Mozilla you will go to a Log-In page. Click on "New to soak?". Fill in all your info and details, don't worry we won't spam you, and you won't get newsletters 5 times a day. We may send you the occasional newsletter if you tick the newsletter box but this will be awesome, life- altering stuff and you will love it. click on Submit. You should see a message that confirms your submission, otherwise you will be promped to fill in a field you might have missed. The go to your mail agent (the one you specified in your registration) and you should get a mail asking you to click on a link or follow a link to complete your registration. Do that. Then you can log in with your new details and start contributing to the community.

2. How do I submit stuff?

OK, first off you have to be registered. To do this check out the first point then you go to any section you want to add something to. Example: If you want to add a "News" article you go to the "News" section, then in the right-top-corner you click on "SUBMIT" then a login box will pop up (IE - if this doesn't happen try Holding in Ctrl when you click, IE blocks Popups - no this will not destroy your system) or in Mozilla you will just go to a normal Log in Screen.
Log in. Then you will proceed to the article submission page. Fill in all the fields and if you submit an image make sure it is a .jpg file and that it is the correct size.

3. When I try to upload a jpg file I get a message saying I must supply a valid jpg file...

Please check that the jpg file you are trying to upload is avalid "Standard" jpg. When saved from Photoshop or other app make sure the save setting is not on Baseline or Progressive.
Also check your file extention, it should be .jpg not .JPG or .jpeg or .jpe

4. Why doesn't the login work on Mac? I think that's pathetic, how can a creative site for creative people not work on Mac? And your site looks crap on Mac!!! What the *&#$%?!?!

Mmmm...Ok, well I didn't have a Mac to test on, but yea, OK, sorry. I will check into it, I know there are some "problems" on Mac. But I'll need to get some programmer-tipe people to help me out on this one. So please if you're a super-creative-master-designer-artist-Mac-user please email me your artwork, I'll put it up. No problem.

5. I live in Abu dhabi, can I also be featured?

Unfortunately the artists section are for South African artists only, however if you are doing some impressive work, let me know, maybe we can do an article...
